Vimsons Chicory helps its farmer grow the highest quality chicory by providing the imported seeds from France. Chicory is cultivated using ridge and furrow method which is proven to yield better quality of crop with maximum production compared to the broadcasting system. Chicory seeds are very small in size and light in weight and 1 gram contains approximately 540 seeds. International research evidence has proved that 40,000 plants in 0.24 acre land is optimum which requires only 120 g seeds. Based on the various experiments conducted by the company it is proven that line sowing method/ridge and furrow method is best for chicory cultivation.

The Company Plant is located in Gamdi, Gujarat. The plant facility is 16000 square feet. The plant facility includes the factory for roasting, cooling and powdering of dried Chicory. There is a separate area for washing, cubing and drying the raw chicory roots. The plant has state of the art laboratories to test the products.

On an average the plant facility has workforce of about 100 people. During the harvesting season the workforce goes up to 150 people. Accommodation is provided to many of them on the facility. Company believes in providing the best quality care to its customers as well its employees.
